Whilst we would love to make your experience as convenient as possible, at this time, we need you to visit our member store to verify and exchange your item for cash. But we won’t rule out drones doing some heavy lifting at your doorstep at some point in the future
The member store will keep your item carefully in a tamper proof one-time-sealable bubble package with a unique identification code (UIC) printed on the envelope that is only opened again by you when you come to collect your item. However, It is important you back-up all your data and clear this from your device before handing it over. Although your device is securely stored, the dealer will not be responsible for loss or misuse of your data
Our condition descriptions are clearly stated. For example, ‘Excellent’ means your item is 100% fully functional with no scratches or cracks on the screen or body.If the store member finds this is not the case, they could downgrade the condition to ‘Average’ which means your item is still 100% fully functional but has some scratches or cracks on the screen or body. In this case, our system will reduce 25% from the original price quoted for an ‘Excellent’ condition For items that are in an even worse state, the member may reduce the condition to ‘Broken but working’ which means your unit is cracked or damaged but turns on and works. Our system will then reduce 75% from the original price quoted for an ‘Excellent’ condition Naturally, you have the right to reject this price and cancel the deal at your discretion
Nothing! No one will follow you up for payments. And, our member stores are always happy to serve you again.

When selecting a Category, Brand or Model, click the last option “Can’t find your Category here?” and you will be asked to provide us your details and the item you are looking for. We will reach out to our member stores and check if they can offer you a price and get back to you within 24 hours.

CASH

Yes, our trusted member stores need to verify the condition of your item and confirm your identity before they can accept your item and pay you cash.
Yes you can! Just bring your valid original Passport as proof of identity.
Yes you can! The only collateral our member needs is your item which they purchase for cash that they pay you
The store owner can refuse to complete the deal under the following conditions: You do not have an original Government issued Photo ID Your item condition is not as you had described. In this case the store owner can recalculate the deal per the correct condition or, if the condition is very different or unacceptable, can reject the deal
Remember, this is not just an outright sale - you want the option to buy back your stuff. The store holds your gadgets and takes the risk of falling prices AND in exchange, you have the peace of mind that you can always buy back your personal item at a pre-agreed price
No. The member store will pay cash to you since you confirmed the deal on our system. They will verify your identity with an original Government issued photo ID. Similarly, you will need to reproduce an original Government issued photo ID when you want to BuyBack your item

DOCUMENTS

All we need is an original government issued Photo ID. Your Emirates ID, Driving Licence or Passport will be perfect. Unfortunately, our members will not be able to accept a photocopy or any foreign government ID other than your original and valid Passport.
